Garage Floor Coating in Palm Beach County

Palm Beach County gives us the widest range of concrete we work on. The county holds everything from 1920s coastal construction through 1980s golf community development to communities that were still being delivered a few years ago, and each era brings its own slab conditions.

The western communities are where most of our work happens. Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, west Boca and west Delray were developed largely from the 1980s onward on reclaimed agricultural land, and the water table out there is high enough that moisture testing is not optional. We have seen plenty of perfectly sound looking slabs in these communities read high enough to require a mitigating primer.

The equestrian corridor around Wellington and the acreage properties west of it are a different job again. Those are frequently detached garages, barn aisles, tack rooms and workshop buildings rather than an attached two car bay, often on slabs poured for utility rather than appearance. They coat extremely well and the improvement is dramatic, but the prep is usually heavier.
