Delray Beach

Delray Beach divides sharply at the interstate for our purposes. East Delray, from the older neighborhoods around Atlantic Avenue to the beach, holds early housing stock with small garages, carports and a fair number of properties with no garage at all. West Delray, developed largely from the 1980s onward on former agricultural land, is where nearly all of our Delray work happens.

Addison Reserve, Mizner Country Club, Foxe Chase, Seven Bridges and the Delray Lakes communities are the ones we are in most. Three car garages are common, slabs are generally newer, and the jobs run 600 to 900 square feet. Seven Bridges, delivered in the 2010s, has the newest concrete in the city.

West Delray also holds a very large volume of active adult condominium and villa product, and much of that has covered or shared parking rather than private garages. If you are in one of those communities, check whether the surface is yours or the association's before you get quotes.

The former agricultural land west of Military Trail carries a high water table, and moisture readings out here can surprise people whose homes are only twenty years old. We test every slab regardless of age.
