Palm Beach Gardens

Palm Beach Gardens is a planned city in the literal sense, laid out by John D MacArthur beginning in the late 1950s, and most of what we work on came considerably later. PGA National developed from the late 1970s, BallenIsles and Frenchman's Creek through the 1980s and 1990s, and Mirasol, Old Palm and the newer product from the 2000s onward.

That spread means slab age varies more here than the uniformly upscale appearance suggests. The 1970s and early 1980s sections of PGA National are old enough to warrant careful moisture testing. Mirasol and Old Palm are new enough that we rarely find a problem. We test either way.

Garages here are generous. Three car is standard through most of the country club communities and golf cart bays are common, which adds square footage that people forget to mention when they ask for a price over the phone. A garage with a dedicated cart bay is usually 700 square feet or more even when it reads as a two car from the driveway.

Palm Beach Gardens is near the northern edge of our service area, which we manage by grouping north county work onto the same days where we can. If you are flexible on scheduling we can often get you a better date by fitting you alongside another Gardens or Jupiter job.
