From the western suburbs to the coast, one crew, one day per garage.
Broward is really two markets for concrete work, split roughly along the Sawgrass Expressway and the western edge of the older grid. East of that line, much of the housing stock dates from the 1950s through the 1970s, poured before under-slab vapor barriers were standard practice. West of it, the master-planned communities that filled in through the 1990s and 2000s sit on newer slabs built to newer specifications.
That distinction drives almost everything about how a coating job goes here. An older Plantation or east Fort Lauderdale slab is far more likely to fail a moisture test, and coating one without testing is how floors end up blistering within two seasons. A Weston or Parkland slab poured in 2003 usually tests clean and takes a coating without drama.
The other Broward specific factor is garage size. The western communities were built when three car garages became a standard feature of the higher end product, so a large share of the work out here is 600 to 900 square feet rather than the 400 square foot two car bays common closer to the coast. That changes the day and it changes the price, which is why we post rates by size rather than quoting a single number.
