Boynton Beach's western half filled in from the 1980s onward and it holds one of the largest concentrations of single family active adult communities in the county. Valencia Reserve, Valencia Cove, Valencia Isles and the surrounding developments are the ones we work in most, along with the golf communities like Hunters Run and Quail Ridge.

These are mostly two car garages in the 400 to 550 square foot range, sometimes with a golf cart bay that pushes the square footage higher than people expect. Slabs are generally 1990s and 2000s, in decent condition, and prep is usually straightforward grinding and fill.

There is a practical note worth making about this particular market. A large share of these garages have been used lightly, by one or two people, for twenty years. The concrete underneath is often in better shape than the owner assumes, which means less prep and a cleaner result than they were expecting. It also means that what looks like heavy staining is frequently surface deep and grinds straight off.

Most of these communities are gated with contractor registration and set work hours, and several have restrictions on weekend work. Give us the community at booking so access is cleared before the truck arrives.
