Boca Raton spans nearly a century of construction and the concrete tells you exactly which era you are standing on. East Boca holds everything from the 1920s Mizner era through 1950s and 1960s development, and those slabs are old enough that moisture testing is not a formality. West Boca, much of it unincorporated Palm Beach County rather than the city proper, developed from the late 1970s through the 2000s and is where the majority of our work happens.

Boca West, Broken Sound, Woodfield Country Club, The Oaks, Long Lake Estates and the Sanctuary are the communities we see most. These run to three car garages, occasionally four in the estate sections, on slabs that generally test clean. Square footage here is typically 600 to 900, which is a full crew day.

West Boca sits on land that was agricultural until relatively recently and the water table is high, so even on newer slabs we test rather than assume. It costs us fifteen minutes and it is the difference between a floor that holds and a warranty claim.

Almost every community out here is gated with its own contractor registration, insurance requirements and permitted work hours. Some restrict weekend work entirely. Give us the community name at booking so we can clear access ahead of the install, because a coating day cannot simply be shifted by two hours once the base coat is open.
